Welcome to the Fair Entry Process!
FFA LIVESTOCK ID's
This process is only for members showing their animals under their FFA chapter. If you are showing your animals under 4-H / Clover Kids, STOP, and go to 4honline!
Deadlines::
- Market Beef must be entered by 11:59 pm, February 1st
- Swine ID's are due online within three days of returning your tagging supplies
- Sheep & Meat Goat ID's are due by May 15th
- Rabbit & Poultry must be ID'd by June 15th
- All other animals including dogs & pets must be ID'd by May 15th
- YQCA Certification is Due by June 15th
- Fair Entry is due July 1st
- 4-H & Clover Kid Families: please login with your 4hOnline family e-mail and password.
- Dual Enrolled Families(4-H and FFA): please login with the 4hOnline family e-mail and password and make sure to select the correct club or chapter for each exhibit.
- FFA Only Families: please use an existing family account or create a new family account.

Credit Card(online), cash, or check payments are accepted.
Make checks payable to the Grundy County Agricultural Society. Payments are due by July 1st to the Grundy County Extension (703 F Ave; Suite 1, Grundy Center, IA 50638) There will be no refunds.
You will receive an e-mail when you submit your entries. Once entries are approved you will receive an email confirming approval. Once you hit submit you will not be able to add entries until the current invoice is approved.
